It was reported on Orioles.com and the Baltimore Sun that the Orioles have signed Japanese pitcher Koji Uehara. According to the report, he has been signed to a two year deal. This adds other veteran to the thin starting rotation. He has won a number of awards in Japan and the international stage (Olympics, etc.).  To read the full Baltimore Sun article, Click Here. The Orioles, also signed Mark Hendrickson this off-season. Everyone knew that Jeremy Guthrie would be one of our starters, it good to see them bring up veterans around him. Wouldn’t it be great, if Guthrie could get a 20 win season? Just can’t wait for baseball season to start up again!
